The fourth Florida Gaming Summit takes place between October 6th and 7th, and hundreds of gaming experts are expected to attend.
Some 300 gambling experts are predicted to turn up to the event, according to the official website promoting the conference.
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is hosting proceedings, while the Seminole Tribe's chief executive officer of gaming James Allen is giving a keynote speech.
Spectrum Gaming Group is one of the organisations co-producing the summit and the company's senior vice president Joseph Weinert said that Mr Allen's confirmed presence at the casino has "pleased" organisers.
Senator Steven Geller, who is described as "a very strong legislative advocate of gaming", will also be making a speech to guests.
The summit's website states that the convention provides a "perfect venue" to discuss recent events in the state of Florida.
