An online slots player claims he was in shock after winning more than £400,000 at a William Hill internet casino.
Known only as David H from Stevenage, the lucky man logged on, staked £3 and ended up £435,375 richer.
Following the six-figure jackpot win, David told William Hill that he was still having to pinch himself after finding out the extent of his victory.
"I was in shock on Saturday night," said the Stevenage player. "Whilst we have a comfortable lifestyle, who isn't going to welcome an extra £435,000?"
David is a 60-year-old father of two and has been working in the entertainment business for most of his life. The online gamer and his family had recently booked a holiday – his winnings mean they can now fly first class "all the way".
This comes after a Californian picked up a prize of more than $30,000 (£15,000) after a slot machine win at Table Mountain Casino in the state's town of Friant.
