The stars of tonight's BBC3 Don't Tell the Bride show enjoyed a casino-themed reception, it has emerged.

It is unclear if the footage of the reception will be shown when the programme airs this evening, but the Evening Star reports that the Ipswich couple who let the TV cameras in during their wedding preparations celebrated tying the knot with roulette and poker.

Groom Tony Hawkins, who married Pippa, said that he arranged the casino-style after party as he wanted to guests to remember how much fun they had.

He told the publication: "I wanted it to be a very nice and traditional wedding to make Pippa happy and then to make the reception really fun so that everyone would go away saying that was the best wedding they had ever been to."

Don't Tell the Bride is a series which sees an engaged couple given £12,000 to organise a wedding in three weeks.

Past episodes have highlighted all the stress and strain that occurs in the build-up to the big day.
