Florida's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will host a gambling event next month that is scheduled to discuss slots, among other issues.
Experts at the annual Florida Gaming Summit - and there are expected to be around 300 of them, according to the official website for the conference - will be able to hear debate surrounding the potential new slots venues in Miami-Dade County.
The subject will be approached in relation to the performance of the slots in nearby Broward County.
Michael Pollock, managing director of Spectrum Gaming Group, co-producer of the conference with BNP Media, remarked: "The performance of slot machines in Broward County has been the subject of much discussion and conjecture."
Members of the panel at next month's event will aim to answer questions about the slot facilities there, he added.
The summit runs from October 6th and 7th, and is running for the fourth year.
