In a statement, the company revealed that William Hill Casino will be provided with the AIM-listed group's software over the next five years.
The bookmaker's poker offering will also benefit from the deal, while the option of the collaboration stretching to William Hill's other businesses is being left open as part of the arrangement.
William Hill Bingo is another business in the company's portfolio.
Ralph Topping, chief executive officer of William Hill, commented: "This transaction is a transformational step for William Hill consistent with our stated strategy to increase online gaming and international earnings."
Fellow bingo software organisation Parlay Entertainment also revealed news about a potential collaboration recently.
Alongside gaming firm Microgame, Parlay plans to launch a bingo network for the Italian marketplace if the country's government adds the numbered-ball game to its list of regulated internet pursuits in the first half of next year.
